Ronald Campbell serves as a Senior Advisor for EIV Capital. He holds more than 47 years of experience in the energy industry in areas that includes risk management, exploration and production, international oil trading and logistics, refining and oil marketing, pipeline development, and natural gas trading and marketing.
Ronald earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tulsa and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Lamar University.
Alan has over 36 years of experience in the energy industry. He began his career at Charter Oil in 1977. While at Charter, Mr. Stanley managed exchange agreements with multiple counter-parties, managed marine and barge supply logistics and commercial arrangements for refinery feedstocks. In 1984, Mr. Stanley joined Tauber Oil as Vice President where he was responsible for refined products trading, hedging and scheduling for Gasoline, Diesel and Jet Fuel in the continental US. In addition, he provided daily Mark-to-Market position reports to the President. In 2003, Mr. Stanley left Tauber and became an equity owner in 4K Petroleum Services LLC. In this role, Mr. Stanley arranged for barge logistics, scheduling and invoice verification for refined products sold to a major railroad by Petrocom Ventures.
In 2008, Mr. Stanley, Ms. Gottschalk, Petrocom Ventures and a fourth partner formed 4K Fuel Supply, LLC where Mr. Stanley serves as the Vice President of Operations and manages all operational aspects of the waterborne transportation and acts as a central point of contact with other logistics and storage facility personnel. Mr. Stanley graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
Rex began his career with Fina Oil and Chemical Co. in 1985. His responsibilities while at Fina involved drilling, production, reservoir evaluation, asset divestitures and acquisitions. Mr. Corey left Fina in 1992 to join Sulphur River Exploration, Inc., a company owned by Mr. Corey’s family. Under Mr. Corey’s direction as President, the company has grown substantially. Mr. Corey has orchestrated in excess of $600 million in transactions by the company involving both producing properties and other assets. Included in these transactions was a sale of substantially all of the company’s midstream assets to Enbridge Pipelines, a Canadian company. This transaction has allowed the company to focus on exploration and production. During the last several years the company has spent over $100 million in drilling both wildcat and development wells. The staff assembled by Mr. Corey has more than 150 years of combined operational experience in all aspects of exploration and production, including drilling, completion, well stimulation, gas gathering and processing, waterfloods and other tertiary recovery programs. Mr. Corey is one of the founding partners of Falco Energy Transportation, LLC, an EIV I investee, which was sold in 2012.
Mr. Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. He is an active member of numerous industry organizations and is a past president of both the Dallas Producers’ Club and the Dallas Petroleum Club Hard Hatters’ Committee.
Ken is a founder and managing director of Kendall Investments, LLC, a private equity firm based in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Lehman and Kendall Investments have worked with the principals of EIV I on deal sourcing, due diligence and negotiation of deals within EIV I, as well as other investments outside of EIV I. At Kendall, Mr. Lehman works on a range of investments, including private equity, secondaries, energy infrastructure and related opportunities. Mr. Lehman’s prior work includes experience at private equity management company BDC Financial, Inc. and at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meager & Flom, LLP.
Mr. Lehman holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law, an M.A. from Harvard University and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
